Who you are contracting with

SEE THE VIBE is owned and operated by See The Vibe LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with a registered business address of 1222 SE 47th St, Cape Coral, FL 33904, United States. When you create an account or purchase a membership, you are entering into an agreement with See The Vibe LLC. You can reach us any time at hello@seethevibe.app.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, continuing to use the app, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

For reflection & entertainment only

SEE THE VIBE is a daily mood and mindfulness app. It offers a colour that reflects how you say you feel, along with words, breath practices, gentle movement suggestions, and sound as a calming daily ritual. Everything here is offered for entertainment, inspiration, and self-reflection. Nothing in this app is advice, a prediction, a diagnosis, or a promise of any outcome.

Not medical, mental health, or professional advice

This app does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Never delay or disregard professional guidance because of something you read or experience here. If you are in crisis or may be experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Move and breathe at your own pace

Breathwork, meditation, movement, yoga poses, and sound can affect people differently. Please consult your physician before beginning any new practice, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or living with any cardiac, respiratory, neurological, seizure, blood pressure, inner-ear, or mental health condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You participate voluntarily and assume all risk.

Sound & volume safety

Tones and sound baths should be played at a comfortable, low volume. Do not use audio features while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring your full attention. If you have sound sensitivity, tinnitus, or a history of seizures, please consult your physician first.

Ages 18 and over

You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian to use this app.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe someone else has access to it.

Membership, trial & cancellation

The Daily Glow membership begins with a 2-week free trial that requires a card. No payment is charged during the trial. After the trial ends, the membership renews automatically at $5.55 USD per month, or $55 USD per year if you chose the yearly plan, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Daily Aura is our smaller plan: it begins with 1 free week, also requires a card, and then renews automatically at $1.99 USD per month unless canceled. Daily Aura includes your colour of the day, reflection, affirmation, journal prompt, Gratitude Garden and glasses match; meditation, mindful movement and the sound area are part of The Daily Glow. You may cancel at any time on The Daily Glow screen or through the billing portal linked there; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments & our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the app. That includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, uploading photos of other people without their permission, sharing or reselling access, or interfering with the security of the service — including malware, probing, scraping, or attempting to bypass membership limits.

Ownership, trade marks & your licence

See The Vibe LLC owns the app, its software, artwork, written content, sounds, and branding. SEE THE VIBE™ is a trade mark of See The Vibe LLC, and the SEE THE VIBE name, logo, and celestial eye mark may not be used, copied, or imitated without our prior written permission. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app personally within the plan you have selected. Please do not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell any part of it.

Availability

We care for this app with love, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, pause, or end at any time.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Lee County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

No warranties

The app and all of its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. Features may change, pause, or end at any time.

Limitation of liability & release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEE THE VIBE and its owners, creators, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of this app or reliance on its content. You knowingly and voluntarily waive, release, and discharge any and all such claims.

Your agreement

By creating an account or using this app, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, that you use this app at your own risk, and that you release the creators from any and all liability to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
